DESCRIPTION:Now that you’ve harvested your summer garden\, it’s time to
  preserve that bounty for long-term enjoyment. Join Anchor Gardens coaches
  to learn how the canning process works. Learn through informative present
 ation and hands-on demonstration how to preserve food safely and efficient
 ly\, start to finish. Sign up for the Tool Library at Seed Lab to check ou
 t the pressure cooker to take home. Materials provided but you are welcome
  to bring your own jars and lids. Participants are encouraged to bring pro
 duce they’d like to learn to preserve.\n\nFree Event.! This event is mad
