This is a work exchange round table discussion on Sunday July 11 from 11am-1pm. We will be at 1308 W38th St.
Bring your garden questions, gloves, coffee and a chair. Dohnn Wood, myself and perhaps some other Anchor Garden Coaches will be present to share their knowledge. This week’s focus will be on the creation of an Anchor Garden Gleaning Group! Let’s dream it into being.
We will be at the home of Jerry Starkman. He has a large multi berry patch that needs some TLC. He has offered Anchor Gardens to glean from this berry patch in the future!! Come learn how to plant and take care of many types of berries in Alaska.
Work exchange will be the first 30 min and last 30min. If you have cardboard, compost tea, wood chips or manure we would put it to good use:)
