Last Weekend for Stockpiles June 27th-29th and a FREE Lasagna Garden Workshop

Thank you to all the volunteers who stepped up to manage the stockpiles. We could not have done this without your help.

Anchor Gardens stockpiles are supported by donation to help us keep this program going and to support the work of Anchor Gardens. We buy the topsoil from Green Earth Landworks and composted manure from Dave Henke. Our stockpiles are free to those who need it. Please consider donating to www.anchorgardens.org to help keep these resources available to Anchorage.

FREE Lasagna Garden Workshop and Workparty from 12-3pm June 29th. Lasagna Gardens are a no till, nutrient dense system that mimics nature to build soil. This method holds water extremely well, is low/no cost and easy. Anyone can do it! Bring your coffee grounds and kitchen scraps and dress to work in all weather.

I St Community Garden is our only stockpile location at 14th & I St. Access from alley way next to City Market.
