First Weekend 2026: May 23 – 28th

Stockpiles open Memorial Day Weekend! (and will run through mid June or we run out!)

We will have volunteers manage the stockpiles and be available for questions and help. Donations are encouraged to help us cover the costs of bringing these resources to Anchor Gardens gardeners. Donations are not mandatory but they help us to be able to give away the resources to anyone who is unable to pay. Anchor Gardens believes everyone should be able to garden irregardless of economics. We want to help remove the obstacles to grow your own food! Every donation allows us to achieve this goal!

If you would like to volunteer at the stockpiles we will host a training on Friday, May 22nd from 6-7pm or Sunday May 24th from 11-12pm.

The Anchor Gardens stockpile is located at 14th & I St. across the alleyway from City Market New Sagaya. The entrance is accessed from the alley. Bring your own buckets. We will have shovels available!

The stockpile hours will be posted every Thursday (for the upcoming week) except for this first week. We will add days as we get more volunteers trained to open and manage the resources, So check regularly as the hours will change daily:)

Saturday May 23rd. 11am-3pm

Sunday May 24th. 11am-2pm

Monday May 25th. 12-2pm( Fred will have his large poppy seeds for sale too) and 5:30pm-7:30pm

Wednesday May 27th 4:30pm -6:30pm
